Chief Financial Officer

We are a nonprofit organization, with 230 staff members focusing on providing support and services to over 1,500 individuals with disabilities each year. As CFO, the candidate would be responsible for directing and overseeing the financial planning, accounting and record keeping practices of UCP. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Finance, Community Health Finance, Business or a related field, CPA preferred, nonprofit experience a plus; minimum of 5 years senior level finance management role. Housekeeper
Full-Time Position
UCP has an immediate opening for a full time Housekeeper at our ELC (ICF/MR) residential facility for medically fragile and intellectually disabled children and young adults. General duties: cleaning, disinfecting, washing, mopping, dusting, changing of linins, doing laundry and removing trash of all areas of the building.
Other duties may be assigned. The Housekeeper shall also have good physical skills, be able to run, squat, stoop/bend, kneel, climb stairs, be able to lift at least 50 pounds (or ¼ own body weight), push and pull against potential resistance, adequate vision.
Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous cleaning experience preferred.

Part-Time Position
WCCP (A division of UCP Of Maine) has three summer time 25-30 hours per week positions for individuals to work with children with special needs; teaching daily living, communication, social and safety skills, in home and in a school based setting; Machias, Harrington and Indian Township area. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent; Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
 
BHP RCS Specialized
Part-Time Position
P/T position working with pre-school children with autism! In-home & preschool shifts in greater Bangor. HS diploma and driver’s license required, Ed Tech cert. preferred.
 
BEHAVIORIAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS (HCT)
Part-Time Position(s)
Greater Bangor area
Work in an in-home family therapy program that focuses on parenting and family concerns, as well as any behavioral concerns present with thte child. Some common goals are helping the child attend school, supporting the child through morning and/or afternoon routines.
We now have several P/T positions in the Dover, Dexter, Newport and Greater Bangor area. 10-30 hrs. per week at $14.00 per hr. Bachelor's degree or attainable within one year needed; also a valid Driver's License with safe transportation.
 
RCS
Greater Bangor, Dexter, Milford, and Ellsworth Areas
Assist children with the diagnosis of developmental disabilities, and autism; teaching daily living, communication, social and safety skills, flexible schedules, after school and weekend hours. Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, and a valid Maine driver's license. $11.30 per hour.
 
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
We are seeking to expand our ABA services for children/youth with autism; looking for FT/PT or contracted Licensed Psychologist, BCBA, or equivalent determined by DHHS in: Penobscot, Hancock or Washington counties. Full benefits package is available, wage based on experience.
 
Supported Living for Adults
Full-Time Position 30+ hours
CRMA position is open for our supported living homes for adults with autism or intellectual disabilities. Candidate will be responsible for teaching daily living, communication and work skills, administering medications, providing safe transportation, assisting with daily grooming needs, maintaining accurate documentation and records. Sat, Sun, and Mon shift.
